Wish You Were Here vs. Light at the End of the Kennel. I'm not greatly familiar with either of these albums (other than always having thought that Wish You Were Here was the coolest of album covers growing up). Pink Floyd's album is iconic and the title track is probably my favorite Pink Floyd tune...which isn't saying too much. The album overall had too much slowly moving/sprawling/rambling guitar solos, but not in a good way. It also features a guest vocal by Roy Harper, Nick Harper's father. Light at the end of the kennel isn't necessarily groundbreaking, and I don't know what era it's from, but it has a feels like it's from the 70's school of singer/songwriting
I don't feel like I would purchase either album, but I prefer Nick Harper's EP slightly more.

Well MVB, Poison may not have made it, but Nick Harper is on to the next round--not too shabby.
